This report presents an extensive stocktaking of gender pay gap reporting requirements for the private sector and offers policy lessons for governments interested in implementing, monitoring or reforming pay transparency policies.  Following a presentation of the report, a panel of international experts in pay transparency will discuss these increasingly important tools in the gender equality toolkit.
