PayAnalytics is a pay equity software platform used in 40 countries on six continents to eradicate pay gaps. Our approach to pay equity is to provide a global solution that fulfils different national requirements simultaneously.

The PayAnalytics solution is decision-driven, grounded in scientific research, and focused on making pay structures fair and equitable. It gives organizations a clear plan for eliminating any inequities found. When the software finds a pay gap, it provides concrete suggestions for changes to individual employees’ salaries to eliminate the gap. Once the pay gap has been closed, the solution provides ongoing decision support to ensure it does not reappear.

PayAnalytics actively participates in calling attention to the need for pay equity and moving the issue forward. Its founders have published articles in Harvard Business Review, and in April 2021 their white paper, There are no Colorblind Models in a Colorful World, won the Wharton People Analytics Conference White Paper Competition.

PayAnalytics supports organizations that want to pay equally for equal or similar work and those on their way towards equal pay for work of equal value. PayAnalytics can analyze pay based on any gender, any other demographic factors, and their intersectionality. Its solution also goes beyond pay to support workplaces in reaching their DE&I goals.

Pay equity is a high-priority issue with many different facets, and EPIC is unique in bringing together stakeholders engaged in all relevant dimensions from all over the world.

Taking part in EPIC will therefore help PayAnalytics hear all the different points of view that need to be taken into account. At the same time, PayAnalytics’ research-based approach to equal pay may provide other members of EPIC with valuable insights.
