With more than 18 years of life, OMD HR Consulting has positioned itself as a consulting boutique, leader in human resources advice. OMD is present in Spain and Latin America, and has a special focus on the design of organization and compensation processes.
3 years ago it created a Personnel Economics Division, which acts as a partner of private and public companies to design and audit their remuneration policies, ensuring that they are equitable. The mission of this division is to help these companies eliminate wage discrimination based on gender and reduce their wage gap, facilitating women’s access to better paid positions and functions.
After having audited the remuneration practices of more than 200 companies, in 2021 it made the commitment to be the official auditor for the ABS Quality Evaluations Remuneration Audit Certification.

Pay equity is a matter that concerns companies and society as a whole.
In fact, in recent times, in line with goals 5 and 8 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, DE&I strategies have become a priority objective for organizations.
