In the final months of the year, the Fair Pay Innovation Lab strengthened its role as an international reference point for actions on pay transparency. Our participation in the Mercer European Rewards Conference in Barcelona marked a key milestone: we highlighted how transparency and regression analysis act as a mirror for organizations to uncover pay injustices that still persist. Only when they are identified can they be corrected. And for this, the Universal Fair Pay Check® stands out as the certification mark that breaks down barriers and turns equity into a measurable reality.

Joint Action with Our Partners

Throughout November and December, we joined webinars with Merit Analytics, Rumbold and Pihr, addressing the challenges posed by the EU Pay Transparency Directive and demonstrating how international collaboration accelerates change. These sessions offered organizations practical insights to move towards Fair Pay, covering key topics such as:

  • Auditing and data analysis: making regression analysis understandable and applying practical steps to ensure robust processes.
  • Transparency and trust: strategies to strengthen employee engagement and commitment.
  • Equitable compensation in a global, data-driven world: anticipating trends and adapting to new scenarios.
  • Governance and the right to information: designing secure, scalable processes aligned with regulations.
  • Internal communication: coordinating HR, Legal and Management to embed transparency into corporate culture.
  • These conversations confirmed that Fair Pay is not a distant goal, but a path built on data, processes and shared commitment.

Fair Pay Management Circle: Preparing for the Future

On 2 December, we held our final Fair Pay Management Circle of the year, a forum that explored key topics shaping our agenda for 2026:

  • Benefits and total rewards: integrating fairness into every component beyond base pay.
  • Data governance and transparency: ensuring robust processes that comply with new regulations and build trust.

These discussions reflect the urgency to act and the vision that guides us: a 2026 where transparency and continuous improvement are pillars in every organization.
