  3. Continuing to promote gender equality and anti-discrimination good practices to prevent wage discrimination with individual level tips and system level analysis;
  4. Developing software to diagnose and remedy the visible and invisible parts of wage discrimination for corrective action and positive steps to prevention (Equal Pay Company measures performance on technical and interpersonal elements, so workers and employers have a clear picture of performance for pay-promotion.);
  5. Training all staff on the issue of gender inclusion, equality, and diversity in the workplace as a prerequisite to interviewing, then constantly cultivate a positive environment and culture of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in all.
  6. Sharing best practices and information on how best to prevent gender-based wage discrimination, including:
    1) Socratic questions on social media, 2) games to visualize and train for the underlying biases that may prevent women’s promotion, which is a more long-term form of gender-based wage discrimination.
