2025 and 2026 have marked important milestones for Simone Gatto in advancing gender equality, pay equity and responsible business practices.

At the event “Italy Through a Gender Lens: Work, Business and Female Participation for the Country's Growth”, organised by national and regional Equal Opportunities Advisors in Italy, Simona Raymo presented the company’s approach to equality through the S.U.P.E.R.A. framework — a model built around sustainability, unity, parity, evolution, respect and action. The framework reflects Simone Gatto’s ongoing commitment to embedding equality and inclusion into corporate culture and operations.

The company also renewed its Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PDR 125:2022), reaffirming that gender equality is not viewed as an end goal, but as part of a continuous journey grounded in consistency, accountability and long-term cultural change.

In parallel, Simone Gatto achieved two important recognitions from the Union for Ethical BioTrade (UEBT):

Notably, Simone Gatto is among the first companies globally — and the first in Europe — to receive UEBT’s attestation for regenerative practices.

The certification framework goes beyond agricultural methods to include living wages, living income and pay equity, promoting fair remuneration and a more equitable distribution of value throughout supply chains.

These achievements reflect a multi-year collaborative effort involving suppliers, agronomists, technicians, clients and partners, and underscore the company’s continued commitment to building more sustainable and equitable business models.
