EPIC WEBINAR SERIES: THE PRACTICALITIES OF LEADING INCLUSIVELY DURING THE CRISIS
Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC) member Gapsquare is partnering with PwC Switzerland to host a webinar on “The Practicalities of Leading Inclusively During Crisis” as a part of the webinar series on Covid-19 and the gender pay gap: challenges & solutions.
In addition to the tragic health consequences, COVID-19 and the economic shockwaves following it are placing unprecedented pressure on the world of work. To help employers address some of these issues, EPIC members are joining forces to organize a series of webinars to look at the impact of COVID-19 on gender equality and diversity in the word of work with a focus on practical solutions to address the gender pay gap and more inclusive leadership.
This webinar will share findings of recent surveys conducted with global employers in countries affected by Covid-19. It will focus on the context of inclusion at this time and the practical measures leaders are taking to sustain their hard-earned fair and inclusive workplace despite a changing world. You can take part in the research here.
This event will address the following questions :
• What is the impact of the current crisis on women, black and people of colour, wider minority employee groups?
• How has the gender wage gap changed in the context of this crisis?
• How can inclusive leadership practices be embedded in our leadership approach to ensure that the Covid impact on diverse groups is levelled out?
• What does the future hold? What are our alternatives to the status quo?
Participants will take away insights into the picture now, ideas for keeping up the great efforts around the gender wage gap, diversity and inclusion in a way that is sustainable.
The webinar will provide an opportunity to interact directly with a range of organisations and individuals through polls, question sessions etc.
